Hugh Laurie, recording a video in his bathroom to audition for the character Greg House, thought that he was going to be playing the "Dr. Watson" role based on the descriptions of the characters describing Wilson as boyish and good-looking and House as an ugly cripple. (And the dude who cast him thought Hugh was American.) I think creatively the show should have ended a long time ago. The only episode that was better than the pilot was Three Stories. I also liked the bad guy from Heroes as a flaming homo, and Cameron on X. But the best thing about season six so far has been watching House build a racetrack to "jump the shark".
