Dear President Elect Obama,
I want to thank you for winning this election. I know, I know, you say that we did it, that we made it happen, but, that’s not the point. Thank you for winning for my mother. She has been batshit bananas for the past 8 years, and this is really going to chill her out. I mean, honestly, I thought she was going to have a stroke if you lost. This is definitely going to improve Thanksgiving.

My Mom & You.
I am interested to see what she devotes her time to now that she doesn’t have to hate the government all day. Maybe she’ll get into beading or classic rock trivia. I’ll let you know!
Good luck with health care,
-Eliza

Adorable photo. I was a little worried about my mom, too. She has been doing a lot of knitting and baking ‘for Obama’ hope she has a plan for the surplus scarves and bunt cakes.

I can’t believe you put that picture up for the world to see (sob!). Have you no shame? You have to tell people that I am NOT the 106-year-old woman (referred to in O’s speech).
