poooooooooooooooool
The title of this post was typed by my cat while I was getting dressed this morning. I am slightly concerned about him – does he mean the swimming place or the game? Either one is going to disappoint him. The former is full of water, which he pretty much hates, and the latter requires focus and fingers I know he just doesn’t have. A cat would never be able to win a pool game, let alone a tournament – that’s crazy! There must be something in the rules about it!Unless…hm….Disney! I have a movie to pitch!

I should have paid more attention when Clem managed a similar message a couple of years ago. Hers was just “pooooooooo.”

I don’t know, I’m pretty certain if I were to put one of my cats on a pool table, I’d be beaten. They’re pretty adept at knocking their toys under the fridge. I’ve also found a few toy mice in my shoes.

It’d never work. Even if he could wrap his little paws around the cue and take a shot, he’d probably end up jumping on the table, chasing the ball, and batting it around for 10 minutes….
…. And pool players really hate that…..
………. Trust me…..
……………… I miss being on that team…..

See – it writes itself! By the way, people – I have dibs on this idea and will steal all of the ideas you post. “The Cat Never Scratches” is all mine!

I believe that this is one of two things. Your cat had to be on his hind legs with the paws on the keyboard, right? well, maybe he was trying to hole in a poop and voicing his discontent through the keys, then at the last second it was about to bulge forth, then he held it in really, really quick making a “ullll” sound.
OR
(before you read this, realize that I think you are a gorgeous woman, and this is your cat thinking, not me)
Maybe he’s suggesting some cardiovascular exercise. Seeing all the material you pump out, habitual drinking, and your seemingly endless late-nite comedy shows you may be getting a little bit out of shape and overworked. So how about a few laps? Remember, it’s not mandatory to wear a swim cap (although it would be easy to pin a wig onto one of em).

This is probably the funniest paragraph I have read all week. Kudos, E!

I remember a Disney film from way back when, “Cat From Outer Space”, where the cat played pool against a hustler – and won. Of course, it did use it’s mind powers, not its paws, but still….
