Shayna Ferm - pretty, dirty.
You should go buy Shayna Ferm’s new cd, Blonde. Am I saying this because she’s my friend? No, I have tons of friends with shitty albums and you don’t see me shilling for them. I am saying this because it’s good.
Blonde is a collection of dirty, trashy, fun, hilarious, GOOD songs. Unlike a lot of musical comedians (sorry Weird Al!) Shayna has a kick ass voice to back up her jokes. Her music is guaranteed to get stuck in your head - and if you thought humming “I Saw The Sign” all day was embarrassing, just wait until you’re singing “Thank you for sticking it in me” at the copy machine. I especially loved ”Myspace Murder,” in which Shayna sings that she hopes her internet stalkers don’t kill her. Now I have something to listen to as I walk home alone wondering if I put too much identifiable information on here.

Eliza, I will fight you! Weird AL has a great voice. You have to see him in concert…that man has breath control like it’s nobody’s business.

I’m with Snow White on this one (never thought I’d say that phrase in my life), Weird Al has an amazing voice. Such breath control as she said, but also a huge range. It took me a while to realize this, but almost every single voice track on his albums are his own voice. Sure he’s got that whiney voice that he uses on a bunch of songs, but he also does many more.
