Sowerby and Luff show

Isn’t it always the way? When there are two reporters and a couple of star bloggers in the audience of your show, there is almost no one else.

After months of well-stocked audiences, things started to wane, and evenutally I was begging strangers in passing cabs to pleasepleasejesuspleaseitsonly$5 come to my show. Which was a sign to me that maybe it was time to hang it up for a while. But apparently it was a sign to the internet press peeps that NOW is the time to check out Eliza Skinner’s one-lady show.

On November 2nd I had about 18 people in my audience. Two of them were the lovely Georgina Sowerby and Brian Luff. They host a hilarious and rather popular podcast called “Sowerby and Luff”, and after the show they interviewed me about me, and NYC comedy, and the UCBT. You can listen to it here. (They also interview superblogger Emily Gordon and Sally Forth writer Francesco Marciuliano!)

Also in the same teeny tiny audience was Style Weekly & RichmondVA Theater blog writer, Dave Timberline. If you’re in a real mood to e-stalk me, here’s what he wrote!
