Year of Awesome Things - in which I do at least one awesome thing every week.
Old Friends -Â I finally caught up with couple of old friends this week. Cynthia and I met when we were living in London (she was a squatter, I was a corporate designer.) Alison was my smart ska-obsessed friend in college, who ran away to Japan after graduation and finally cut her hair. I saw both for the first time in years this week, along with a bunch of college pals and a couple of ex-boyfriends. We’re all getting old, but at least I’m not the only one.
Fair Game - Again? Yes, again. It still counts. I wrote and recorded another segment for PRI’s Fair Game. This week’s piece went much quicker than the ones in the past, so I feel good about it. I am a radio personality!
