Comic Book Club -Â I always like doing the Comic Book Club show at the PIT. I get to talk about comic books with people who know what I’m talking about and get my super nerdy jokes. This week, the other guest was Fred Van Lente - author of Action Philosophers and Modok’s 11. All hail the nerd queen.
Bikini Audition -Â Sometimes you have an audition that is worthwhile only so that afterwards you can say to yourself “huh, well, now I’ve done that.” For me, it was this past week when I auditioned for one of the country’s top sitcoms, in a bikini. It was both better and worse than I imagined, but either way it was notable enough to be pretty awesome.
Marc Jacobs -Â Boo fashion week! Yay parties with celebrities and free booze! Robyn and I went to the Marc Jacobs afterparty and experienced uncomfortable stare-downs with Vincent Gallo, remarkably dirty looks from some young models, and an up close look at Simon Le Bon’s botox mask.
