Every time I have a birthday I wonder, “will this be a good year, or a terrible one?” Each year seems to have a pallor of failure or a gleam of success, but up until now I’ve taken no responsibility for it. Shit happens, right?

But this year I have decided to take a more proactive approach, and have decided this will be the Best Year Ever. To that end, I will do at least one Totally Awesome Thing every week. I’ll keep you updated….
